Safety measures (On-Site)

Due to the current pandemic situation in Germany and worldwide, tightened safety measures apply to the participants on site.

These measures are necessary to ensure the safety and health of all participants and staff as well as all other persons working at TU Berlin in the best possible way.

The following safety measures will be continuously adapted to the current situation and the legal requirements.

All participants are therefore requested to inform themselves regularly about the applicable conditions for on-site participation and to read the rules carefully before booking their on-site ticket and travelling to the event, as the rules will be consistently monitored and enforced for your safety.

  • The on-site event will be conducted in accordance with at least the german called 3G rules.
    So, persons who are fully vaccinated or recovered may participate in this event. Also, the presentation of a negative test result certificate is accepted, which must not be older than 24 hours (48 hours for PCR test) at the time of the start of the event.     Please bring official proof and an official identification document.

  • Due to the regulations in force, the number of participants on site may be limited. Tickets will therefore be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Persons showing symptoms of COVID-19 infection will not be admitted to the event.

  • Compliance with all rules and hygiene measures will be monitored on site.

  • Hand cleaning and disinfection facilities will be available on site.

  • FFP2 masks are mandatory at the event. Participants must bring their own masks.

  • The current specifications regarding distances, seating, catering areas, will be determined in coordination with the venue (TU Berlin) at the time of the event.

  • Conference equipment such as microphones and presenters will be cleaned and disinfected after each use.

  • Please refrain from shaking hands.

  • Before your arrival, please inform yourself about the current entry and travel regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany, the federal state and the city in which the event is taking place.
